Tour Championship Announcements

The Wytheville Golf Club invites all participants in the Tour Championship to swim in their pool.  It will be available to you on Monday and Tuesday.

The BRJGT will provide a hot dog lunch for players and caddies on Monday after the round.  Please stay and enjoy the a great "WGC dog."

When playing a practice round check with the pro shop for the proper teeing ground for your age group.

Remember the 9 hole groups will play the second nine holes.

Names in the red (Click here for the list) are invited to the Tour Championship to be played at Wytheville Golf Club on Monday-Tuesday July 24-25.   There are some who are invited who will not be able to play.  If you are not in the invited field and wish to play, call 276 345-8786 or email

Tour Championship Announcements

Players in the top 60% of the season points in each age group will be invited to participate in the season ending Tour Championship.  Here are the number of participants in age group reflecting 60% plus additions to make three players per tee group:.
     16-18 Age Group                     21 players
     14-15 Age Group                     18 players
     12-13 Age Group                       9 players
     10-12 Age Group                     15 players
     9 and Under Age Group          6 players

9 hole groups at the Tour Championship will play holes 10-18 and will begin play at 8am each day.

The second annual "2 Tour Challenge" featuring players from the BRJGT and the Roanoke Valley Junior Golf Tour will be played on Saturday August 12 at Auburn Hills Golf Club in Riner, VA.  After the Tour Championship the top three places in the 16-18 and 14-15 age groups will be invited to play in this match play event.  Lunch for all players will be provided at 12:30 with tee times beginning at 2:00.
