Blue Ridge Junior Golf Tour
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT for the 17-18 and 15-16 age groups. The "2 Tour Challenge" will be held on Saturday August 7 at 2PM at the Virginian Golf Club in Bristol, VA. This will be the 6th year of the match play event featuring teams from the BRJGT and the Sneds Tour. Six players will be selected from each Tour. The BRJGT will choose 2 from the 17-18 age group and 4 from the 15-16 age group. Those selections will be made at the conclusion of the Tour Championship at Fincastle on July 27 and based on the scoring average of the best 4 rounds played during the season.

This will allow you to submit your tour application and then register for future golf events. If you played on the 2020 tour, please log into your account, pay the registration fee and then register for upcoming events.

Age Groups and Pertinent Information
Here are the age group categories beginning in the 2021 season. All age groups are co-ed. Girls will play from a more forward tee area that represents approximately 85% of the yardage the played by boys in the same age group. We have a girls division on each tournament for the sole purpose of score cards. If you are interested in participating in any tournament, you must register under the Coed division for your age group.
9 and Under Age Group—9 Holes (Caddy Allowed)
- Par 3 holes of 100 yards or less
- Par 4 holes of 250 yards or less
- Par 5 holes of 400 yards or less
10-12 Age Group—9 Holes (Caddy Allowed)
13-14 Age Group—18 Holes
15-16 Age Group—18 Holes
17-18 Age Group—18 Holes
13-18 Developmental Age Group—9 Holes
- Designed for those new to the game of golf
- Groups will be accompanied by a “Coach” who will help with pace of play, etiquette, and pertinent strategies
- Players may determine the place to initiate play for each hole
- Points will be awarded based on a variety of golf related achievements
